Volunteer: Information Desk Volunteer (Monday AM)e are seeking a friendly, reliable, and outgoing volunteer to assist at the front desk of our Community Center. As a Front Desk Clerical Volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for participants, providing a warm welcome and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and participants with a positive, approachable attitude.Handle cash and process payments for activities and events.Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.Assist with basic computer tasks such as updating schedules, entering data, and maintaining records.Engage with the general public, answering questions, and providing information about community programs and services. Requirements: A passion for working with people and providing excellent customer service.Basic computer skills (Very basic data entry, and cash register usage)Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.Commitment to volunteering once a week for a 4.5-hour shift.
